- Submit them before the application deadline
- Send all required documents before the document deadline
- Pay an application fee of CZK 2000,- for study programmes in English

What documents we need ?
All required documents must be delivered to the faculty in paper form, either as an original or an officially certified copy of the original. Documents that are not originally published in English, Czech or Slovak must be officially translated into English or Czech. If an officially certified translation is prepared by a non-Czech court interpreter, the sheets with the translations must be attached to the certified copies of the documents to which they relate, in such a way that prevents the additional exchange or confusion of the sheets containing the translation. Translations attached to plain copies of documents will not be accepted. The sent documents are non-refundable.

- Certified Copy of Master Diploma
- Written Agreement of the Supervisor and Proposal of the Dissertation Topic
- Medical Certificate
- Clear Copy of Passport
- Two Passport Format Photographs
- Nostrification or Verified Copies of Previous Education (CZK 600,- and it is necessary to fill in the attached form and send it to the address of the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the University of Pardubice.)
