What will you learn?
Upon completing all the study requirements and having successfully passed the exams, you will fully understand the natural relations of the creation and protection of the environment, the analysis of complex natural matrices, modern low-waste technology, and the principles of landscape and applied ecology. The scope of your knowledge will cover the issues of waste management, wastewater and gaseous emissions of all sorts. You will also recognize the possible impacts of pollutants on the health of people and the entire ecosystem.
Your career prospects
As you will receive education as a fully-fledged engineer of chemistry specializing in environmental protection, you will be able to hold responsible leadership positions that address this phenomenon. You will find employment not only in industrial enterprises and research centres, but also in state administration and self-government bodies. A graduate in this branch of study may also continue in doctoral studies and push their knowledge to an even higher level.
