HOW TO GET TO THE VENUE
To travel from Václav Havel Airport Prague to Prague’s main railway station (Hlavní nádraží, the train station name is Praha hl.n.), you can choose from the following transportation options.
There are regular public transport connections between the Václav Havel Prague Airport terminals and Prague metro lines. The main routes are trolleybus number 59 to Nádraží Veleslavín (metro line A) and bus number 100 to Zličín (metro line B). In both cases, you change to metro line C to get to the Hlavní nádraží station. The fare is 40 CZK.
Alternatively, there is a direct bus connection between Václav Havel Airport Prague (Terminal 1) and Prague’s main railway station via the Airport Express (AE). The fare is 100 CZK.

The frequent train connections from Prague’s main railway station to Pardubice (Pardubice hl.n.) take about 1 hr. They are operated by one of three transportation companies: the Czech Railways (České dráhy), RegioJet, and Leo Express. Please make sure you buy a ticket for the relevant company, as tickets are not interchangeable between the companies. In some cases, they are also only valid for a specific connection and seat. The ticket offices of all three companies are located in the hall of Prague’s main railway station. You can also buy the ticket online, e.g. from:

In Pardubice, the main railway station is directly connected to the conference venue by bus/trolleybus lines 3, 7, 17 and 33 (the Terminál Univerzita stop) or 16 and 30 (the Univerzita stop). The journey takes about 10 minutes. You can use paper tickets from the ticket office or ticket machines in the station hall (must be validated on entering the bus) or buy a ticket directly on the bus using contactless payment by card, including GooglePay or ApplePay (check-in/check-out, wait for the beep and confirmation screen).
