CALL FOR PAPERS
Authors from iarigai member organizations and other research institutes, universities and industrial R&D are invited to submit the results of their research work for a presentation at the conference.
Key focus areas for the iarigai conference include but are not limited to:
- Artificial intelligence
- Augmented and extended reality
- Robotics in processes
- Printing processes and technologies
- Packaging printing and finishing
- Inks and ink characterization
- Print quality
- Standards and specifications
- Image analysis, computer vision
- Security printing
- Material printing
- Printed electronics
- Bioprinting
- Additive manufacturing
- Circular economy and sustainability
Only quality contributions, not previously published or presented, will be considered. An Extended Abstract of 2 000 to 3 000 words (including 3–5 keywords) should be submitted online in EasyChair no later than 16 March 2025. The Extended Abstract should be informative enough to allow an assessment of the scientific and/or technical value of the contribution. Thus, it should include clear statements on:
- The objectives of the research
- Research methods
- Results including suitable supporting diagrams and graphics
- Conclusions clearly indicating the novelty
The Extended Abstract should be prepared in .docx or .doc format using the submission template and following the guidelines for authors that are available for download in EasyChair when making a new submission for the iarigai conference.
SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
Submissions by email will not be considered. To submit a contribution for the conference in EasyChair, open: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iarigai2025
If you don’t have an EasyChair account yet, you will be asked to create one:
- Enter the captcha, then your name and contact details.
- You will receive an email response. Follow the link to complete the account creation. Your account is then ready for use.
Once you have the EasyChair account, log in with your username and password and make a new submission. On the ‘iarigai2025’ EasyChair website, you find the links to the submission instructions and template. Once your Extended Abstract is ready, enter the required correspondence and author information, title, and keywords, choose one or more corresponding topic categories, upload your Extended Abstract and submit. You will receive an email confirmation.
AFTER SUBMISSION
All received Extended Abstracts will be reviewed by at least two independent experts. All authors of submitted Extended Abstracts will be informed about a decision no later than 5 May 2025. Prior to acceptance, the authors of reviewer-recommended contributions will be expected to submit the final text of the Extended Abstract, responding to the requirements of the reviewers, not later than 30 June 2025.
Authors will be invited to give the presentation only if they previously registered for the conference and provided a short biography. The Extended Abstract selected for presentation will be available to conference participants in the conference proceedings.
Authors of high-quality contributions will subsequently be invited to submit full papers for possible publishing in the peer-reviewed Journal of Print and Media Technology Research.
