It was found that there is in general a lack of educated people in logistics on employment market. More knowledge about contemporary concept of logistics in company was found as one of most important possibility how to accelerate enforcement of logistic management in the company of chemical industry. Therefore the role of human resources department in the process of managers education focused mainly on logistic management is discussed.
