Investigation of Francisella tularensis glycoproteome revealed the lipoprotein FTH_1071, together with other proteins, as being possibly glycosylated. In a present study, we draw attention to the protein FTH_1071 that was recently found to be essential for virulence of both F. tularensis subspecies, holarctica and tularensis.
