The synthesized conjugates form polypseudorotaxanes with -cyclodextrin were characterized by NMR spectra, powder X-ray diffraction patterns and by STM microscopy. The rate of esterase catalyzed hydrolysis of the conjugate was studied under in vitro conditions.
