eng Comparative study of enolethers with R-hydrazines in experiments and kinetics This work is submitted to kinetic and experimental studies of nucleophilic vinylic substitution of selected enolethers - (m)etoxy methylene malonate, malononitrile with different R-hydrazines (R= H, phenyl, acetyl) (Scheme 1). When we use hydrazine hydrate at first as a nucleophile, we directly detected intermediates for a few seconds (ultrarapid SNV reaction) at room temperature. Reactions were pseudo first order. These results may predict us tooking place an addition- elimination mechanism of SNV reaction which is preferred before leaving alkoxy (metoxy-, etoxy) group. During raising from rt up to 40 degrees (kinetics), 60 - 80 degrees (experiment) there was observed on one hand intramolecular cyclization – formation of pyrazolones, on the other hand process of double SNV reaction.
