At present, applications of the method for the synthesis of pharmaceutics, natural products as well as advanced materials have been described. As the substrates both aromatic and aliphatic amines together with imines and hydrazones can be used. However only a little amount of information is published on the application of Buchwald-Hartwig amination for such an important class of substrates as enaminones. In the presented work, an intramolecular Pd-catalysed C–N cross coupling of enaminones I is described. The optimization of the reaction conditions is to be discussed.
