eng The Synthesis of Oxazaborines, Triazaborines and Pyridazinium salts from β-Enaminones The subject of investigation in this work is reactivity of β-enaminones (1) derived from acetylacetone and benzoylacetone with substituted arendiazonium tetraphenylborates and tetrafluoroborates. Reactions with arendiazonium tetraphenylborates lead to oxazaborines (2) which rearranged on heating in either suitable solvent or under solvent-free conditions to thermodynamically more stable triazaborines (3). Reactions of β-enaminones with arendiazonium tetrafluoroborates give azo-compounds (4). Some of them react with another equivalent of arendiazonium tetrafluoroborates to give pyridazinium salts (5).
