eng The Influence of Ln and Preparation Method on the Colour Properties of Ln2Zr1.5V0.5O7 Pigment In this study, the pyrochlore pigments with presence of lanthanides were prepared. The general formula Ln2Zr2O7 (Ln = Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu) with the introduction of vanadium (V) as chromophore, that can be used as ceramic pigments, it was proposed. The compounds with formula Ln2Zr1.5V0.5O7 were prepared by two different methods of preparation (namely solid state reaction and suspension mixing of raw materials).
