The aim of this work was to verify and to work up conditions for synthesis of compounds of the type Sn0,85Me0,05(II)M0,1(V)O2, Sn0,9Me0,05(II)M0,05(VI)O2, Sn0,8Me0,1(III)M0,1(V)O2 and Sn0,5Me0,1(III)M0,05(VI)O2. The elements such as cobalt, copper, iron, nickel, chromium and zinc were chosen as Me(II) or Me(III) and the elements such as niobium, tantalum, phosphorus, molybdenum and tungsten were chosen as M(V) or M(VI) .
