In the paper the immobilization strategy, carriers as nanofibers and spheric particles are described. Developed reactors were applied for specific detection or isolation of different targets, e.g. antibodies, disease markers, peptides; specific digestion by selected proteases, e.g. trypsin, proteinase K, papain, Arg-C (Clostripain), Lys-C; and phosphorylation by kinases. Methods of protein grafting are preferably covalent, due to advantageous attributes. In some cases a special covalent methods were used, so called oriented immobilizations, for ensuring the accessible orientation of a biomolecule active site.
