eng Characterization of magnetic particles for microflluidic integration Magnetic microparticles suitable for microfluidic integration have been selected and characterized. The aggregation rate, resistance against elution agents, behavior in magnetic field, size uniformity and risk of bacterial contamination have been taken into account. The size, size distribution and shape was evaluated by electron microscopy, surface charge and colloidal stability were estimated by zeta potential measurement.
