eng Structure and properties of lead borophosphate glasses doped by tellurium dioxide The effect of TeO2 additions on the properties, thermal behavior and structure of lead borophosphate glasses was studied in the compositional series (1-x)[50PbO-10B2O3-40P2O5]-xTeO2 in a broad concentration range of x = 0-70 mol% TeO2. Thermal properties of the prepared glasses were studied by differential thermal analysis and dilatometry. From the thermoanalytical curves the glass transition temperature Tg, dilatometric softening temperature Td and coefficient of thermal expansion were determined. Glass structure was studied by 31P and 11B NMR spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. A special attention was devoted to the formation of mixed structural units B(OP)4-x(OTe)x in the studied borophosphate glasses, where by the deconvolution of 11B MAS NMR spectra quantitative data on the number of BO3 and B(OP)4-x(OTe)x mixed structural units were obtained.
