cze Studie elektrochemických vlastností fosfatidylcholinu a cholesterolu ve směsi V této práci jsme se zabývali elektrochemickým chováním směsi lecitinu a cholesterolu pomocí EIS. lecitin; cholesterol
eng Investigation of Electrochemical Properties of Phosphatidylcholine-Cholesterol Mixture in Model Phospholipid Membranes Using Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy The various types of model membranes are utilized for investigation and for understanding of real biological membrane functionality. In our research, planar phospholipids bilayers were used to study of electrochemical properties of phosphatidylcholine (lecithin) - cholesterol mixture by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Geometry of this type of model membrane gave us chemical and electrical access to both sides of this membrane. The mixture of lecithin and cholesterol was used in the form of phospholipid membranes because these two compounds are essential for living cells. From the reason that EIS is a very important tool for investigation of planar lipid bilayers and for characterization of electric properties, we used this method for presented experiments. Various ratios between phosphatidylcholine and cholesterol were examined on different types of polycarbonate substrates. The influence of time and temperature was studied on formation of model membranes. lecithin; cholesterol
