eng Aluminium, magnesium and zinc compounds containing, N,N-chelating amino amide ligand Series of reactions of trimethylaluminium, dimethylaluminium chloride, methyl-aluminium dichloride, diorganomagnesium(II), organomagnesium(II) halides and diethylzinc with 2-[(N,N-dimethylamino)methyl]aniline (LNNH2)1 or its substituted form, 2-[(N,N-dimethylamino)methyl]phenyl(trimethylsilyl)amine (LNN(SiMe3)H) were realized, all products were characterized by the help of NMR spectroscopy. Group of N,N-chelated aluminium(III), magnesium(II) and zinc(II) amides structures is rather rare.2 Certainly, some products of above mentioned reactions were characterized by the help of X-ray diffraction techniques, its structures reveal four coordinated central atom of aluminium(III), magnesium(II), resp. zinc(II).
