eng Structure and Properties of Li2O-Sb2O3-P2O5 Glasses Present investigation deals with the study of structure, properties and thermal behaviour of Li2O-Sb2O3-P2O5 glasses prepared in three compositional series: 40Li2O-aSb2O3-(60-a)P2O5 (a = 0-15 mol% Sb2O3, series A), 30Li2O-bSb2O3-(70-b)P2O5 (b = 5-20 mol% Sb2O3, series B) and 20Li2O-cSb2O3-(80-c)P2O5 (c = 5-20 mol% Sb2O3, series C). Glasses were prepared by slow cooling of the melt (1150-1250oC) in air, from analytical grade Li2CO3, Sb2O3 and H3PO4 in Pt crucibles with a lid. The melting temperature decreased with increasing Sb2O3 content. Glasses were characterized by the measurements of density, molar volume, chemical durability and refractive index. Differential scanning calorimetry, thermodilatometry, hot-stage microscopy and X-ray diffraction been used to study thermal behaviour and stability of glasses and their structure was investigated using Raman and MAS NMR spectroscopy. fosforečnanová skla; Li2O; Sb2O3; struktura; vlastnosti
