eng Functional Perovskite-Based Cool Pigments: Synthesis, Characterization, and NIR Reflectivity Evaluation Inorganic pigments with a perovskite structure represent a highly promising class of functional materials capable of reflecting solar radiation, thereby reducing surface heating. In this study, CaSn0.9M0.1O3 (M = Mn, Fe) and SrSn0.9Mn0.1O3 pigments were synthesized using various routes, including solid-state reactions and precipitation techniques. Following calcination, the resulting products were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy. The particle size distribution of the powders was analysed via laser light scattering. The influence of elemental composition (Ca/Sr ions and Mn/Fe dopants) on NIR reflectivity and colour parameters was systematically evaluated.
