eng	3D printed tablets in the context of personalized medicine	Our research group is investigating the hot melt extrusion (HME) process combined with Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printing to enhance the solubility and bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs. By modifying the conditions and selecting suitable compositions, we aim to convert crystalline compounds into amorphous forms, which can significantly increase solubility. In our study, we selected several candidate compounds for AD treatment, synthesized and tested for microbiological and biological activity.	3D printing; tablet; drug; HME; FDM
