The main objective of the project is to implement analytical procedures for identification, structure elucidation and determination or organic compound mixtures to the laboratory course. The project will be solved by purchasing of instrumentation and laboratory equipment, allowing rebuilding analytical liquid chromatograph to preparative one. The innovative courses will focus more on the optimization of working conditions for preparative separation of majority and minority components of analyzed mixtures. The project will significantly improve the quality of laboratory course teaching, which will positively contribute to the improvement of professional profile of graduates of master's degree of Analytical chemistry and Food analysis specialization.
