cze In-vitro degradace 2,4,6-trinitrotoluenu s použitím rostlinných tkáňová kultur Solanum aviculare a Rheum palmatum Degradace. TNT byla testovaná v suspenzních kulturách (Solanum aviculare a Rheum palmatum) a byla následovaná identifikací degrdn. produktů a aretací. phytotoxicity TNT pro obě kultury. Konc.. TNT překážela růstu buněčných kultur do 50 %, i.e., 37.8 mg/ a 38.1 mg/L Solanum aviculare a Rheum palmatum, resp. TNT Absorpce byla studovaná aretací. Konc. TNT a jeho degradač. produkty, jako aminodinitrotolueny a diaminonitrotolueny, Různá konc. degradačních produktů v každé kultuře zbamená , že odbourání TNT je kontrolované různýmy enzymovými systémy. 2,4,6-trinitrotoluen, In-vitro degradace, fytoremediace, Solanum aviculare, Rheum palmatum.
eng In-vitro degradation of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene using plant tissue cultures of Solanum aviculare and Rheum palmatum The degrdn. of TNT was tested in suspension cultures (Rheum palmatum and Solanum aviculare) and was followed by the identification of degrdn. products and the detn. of the phytotoxicity of TNT to both cultures. The concn. of TNT inhibited the growth of cell cultures by 50 %, i.e., 37.8 mg/ and 38.1 mg/L for Rheum palmatum and Solanum aviculare, resp. The TNT uptake was studied by detg. The concn. of TNT and its degrdn. products, such as aminodinitrotoluenes and diaminonitrotoluenes, in the cultivation medium as well as in plant cells. The kinetics of the degrdn. showed that TNT was mostly taken up within 10 h and 6 h for S. aviculare and R. palmatum, resp. Aminodinitrotoluenes were preferentially introduced by cultures of Saviculare, whereas diaminonitrotoluenes and aminodinitrotoluenes were revealed in cultures of R. palmatum. The final concns. Of identified degrdn. products did not stoichiometrically correspond to the decreased concn. of TNT in the medium. The different concns. Of degrdn. products in each culture were an indication that the metab. Of TNT is controlled by different enzymic systems. Therefore, it was concluded that studying different species for TNT degrdn. is necessary for the search of most suitable candidates for TNT phytoremediation 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene, In-vitro degradation, phytoremediation, Solanum aviculare, Rheum palmatum.
