Mnoho pigmentů, které jsou v dnešní době normálně používané, jsou z hygienického hlediska nevhodné. Fakt, že většina pigmentů obsahuje problematické prvky, nastává nezbytnost nahradit pigmenty s toxickými kovy. Z toho důvodu je naše hlavní pozornost směřována k syntéze nových sloučenin, zejména s problematickou žlutou, oranžovou a červenou barvou, a s tím, že tyto pigmenty pak mohou být použity pro barvení glazur, plastů, nátěrových hmot a stavebnin.	keramické pigmenty;optické vlastnosti;barvítka;lanthanoidy
eng	New Trends in Research of Stains	The research of our laboratory is focused on investigation of special inorganic pigments, mainly on ceramic pigments. Many pigments used just now questionable from the hygienic point of view. The fact that the most of the pigments contain problematic elements opens necessity of substitution of pigments containing toxic metals.
