eng Voltammetric determination of leucovorin using boron-doped diamond electrodes with different boron content Doped diamond electrodes were introduced in the early 1980s. For their electroanalytical utilization, boron is the most frequently used doping element. In this study, electrochemical properties of lab-made boron-doped diamond electrodes (BDDEs) with different boron content (B/C ratio 0-20,000 ppm), prepared by chemical vapor deposition, were investigated through a leucovorin analysis. Voltammetric method for leucovorin determination using commercially available BDDE in connection with differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) was developed and applied for lab-made electrodes. Various statistical parameters as limits of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ), relative standard deviations of repeated measurements or determinations, and slopes, intercepts, and correlation coefficients of registered calibration dependences were evaluated, compared and discussed. The achieved results were correlated with the boron content in the diamond films. Voltammetric determination; leucovorin; boron-doped diamond electrodes
