In our work, we paid attention to the novel SPEs with the BDDE (SP/BDDE), fabricated employing a large-area linear antenna microwave chemical deposition vapor system (LA-MWCVD), which surface was modified with Au nanoparticles. We studied and compared the electrochemical properties of electrolytically modified SP/BDDE with those modified by physical deposition directly during sensor production. The electrochemical properties were investigated using conventional inner sphere ([Fe(CN)6]4−/3−) and outer sphere ([Ru(NH3)6]2+/3+) redox markers. The applicability of these new sensors was tested by analysis of several biologically active substances. Boron-doped diamond electrode; gold nanoparticles; modification; redox markers; application.
