eng End-capped Polymers with Monoamino Chromophores: Towards Emissive Polyimides Vast number of emissive materials found its applications across the different fields. Such emissive materials can be organic chromophores, mostly push-pull chromophores or polymeric materials containing emissive chromophores as additives or as a part of polymeric chain. Those materials are investigated as materials suitable for applications in photovoltaics as organic solar concentrators, organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) or for example wavelength shifters in scintillators. With our previous experience in the synthesis of triphenylamine (TPA) emissive chromophores, novel end-capped emissive polyimide (PI) thin films were synthesized (Scheme 1). With various loadings of TPA or carbazole comonomers 1 or 2, transparent, colourless and deep-blue emissive PI thin films were obtained. triphenylamine; chromophore; polyimide
