A series of novel 1-[(1R)-1-(6-fluoro-1,3-benzothiazol-2-yl)ethyl]-3-substituted 4-aminobenzodiamides were synthesized by simple and technologically applicable three-steps reaction. Their structures were confirmed by 1H, 13C and 19F NMR spectra, high resolution mass spectrometry and elemental analyses.
